if you want to learn well, "pause" is better, indeed ! And french language may help, but watching if everything, then... practice a lot !

I must use "Pause" to follow it well. Sadly, my French is almost lost - have had very little opportunity to use it in 40 years. I look forward to applying what I have learned from the video.
